We aim to deliver all orders within 7 business days from the date of dispatch, anywhere in India. Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location, courier performance, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order. We may offer free shipping on select orders or during promotional periods.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted logistics partners across India. The choice of courier is at our discretion based on serviceability of your pincode.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, contact number, and pincode are accurate. Deenorah is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners typically attempt delivery 2-3 times. If the package is returned to us due to non-availability or refusal to accept, the customer will bear the cost of re-shipping.

8. Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely deliveries, occasional delays may occur due to natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

9. International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
