Return & Exchange Policy

At Deenorah, we want you to love what you receive. Each product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns or Refunds on Undamaged Products

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that arrive in good condition. Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product is received in damaged or defective condition.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may request an exchange or refund subject to the following:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery at care@deenorah.com.
  • Share clear photos and a short unboxing video showing the damage. An unboxing video is mandatory — claims without it cannot be processed.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

3. Approval Process

Once we receive your claim and supporting evidence, our team will review it within 2-3 business days. If approved, you will be informed of the next steps via email.

4. Exchange or Refund

  • Exchange: The same product will be reshipped, subject to availability. If the product is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.
  • Refund: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We will not accept returns or refund requests in the following cases:

  • The product is undamaged and in good condition.
  • The claim is raised after 24 hours of delivery.
  • No unboxing video is provided.
  • The product has been used, washed, or altered.
  • Damage is caused by mishandling after delivery.
  • Change of mind, wrong size, or wrong product selected by the customer.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
